Preconception Counseling
Preconception Counseling is about having a mindful approach to preparing for and starting a family. By intentionally preparing your physical body and opening yourself, heart and soul, you “give birth” to yourself as a parent.
What is involved in a Preconception Visit?
- Explanation of the Midwifery Model of Care
- Review of Health History
- Physical Exam w/ Pap and Lab Work if indicated
- Review of Diet and Supplements
- Discussion of Lifestyle Issues
- Referrals for other Holistic Practitioners if desired
